Alina Serafin

In my work, I attach great importance to understanding the origin of restricted mobility and states of overload. My goal is to enable the treated person to bring themselves into balance in a natural way by improving the alignment of the affected structure. I use the combination of osteopathic techniques, myofascial release and exercises on pilates apparatus. Very often my patients will get homework to do in order to facilitate the healing process. I believe in this way we are able to get better results and win confidence and trust in our bodies again.
