more about treatment costs

Does my public insurance in Germany pay for a treatment?

The costs of an osteopathic treatment are covered by many of the public health insurance companies. Ask your insurance for a possible refund. Very often, your provider will need an informal recommendation for osteopathy from your family doctor.

Does my private insurance pay for a treatment?
The costs of an osteopathic treatment are usually covered by private health insurances. However, this depends on your contract. Please ask your insurance about conditions of a possible refund.
How much does an osteopathy treatment cost?
Since the osteopathy treatment is a medical service, it is not possible to state the exact costs in advance. Usually you’ll be charged a fee between 80€ and 100€.
Do the treatment costs have to be paid directly?
You have the option of paying for your treatment conveniently with an EC card or cash. For an invoice with a payment term, we charge a processing fee of 5€.
Are short-term appointments possible for acute complaints?

Usually yes. If you cannot find a free appointment in the online calendar, please contact me by email: info@osteopathieundpilates.de or by phone 0611 17059980. If I cannot offer you a timely appointment, I will refer you to my colleagues in Wiesbaden and the surrounding area .

How and by when can I cancel an appointment?
Appointments can be canceled at no additional cost, Monday to Friday, no later than 24 hours before the treatment. To do this, please use the link to cancel the appointment. You can find it in the confirmation email.

As an ordering practice, we reserve the appointment just for you. So we can keep the waiting times as short as possible. If the appointment reservation is canceled on time, we can give the appointment to patients with acute complaints and avoid idle times.
